十。十。十标十中十林十标十中十中十中中中中《肩周炎循证针灸临床实践指南》解读[摘要]015年《肩周炎循证针灸临床实践指南》作为中回针灸学会标准已正式发布出版。本文从指南目的、指响方法学、指南适用疾病范围、具体推荐方案主体等方而进行解读，为针灸临床医生使用该《指南》提供便利。该《指南》在全面检索针灸治疗肩周炎文献，采纳国内外当前最佳证据、专家经脸、患者价值观，借用证据质量与推荐强度分级系统(GRDE)方法，参考古代、近现代名老针灸专家临床经脸，结合全国大范围专家共识的基础上制定而成，以期为针灸临床治疗肩周炎提供可靠证据，确保治疗的安全性和有效性。本《指南》建汉针灸治疗肩周炎采用分期施治原则：急性期以缓解疼痛为主，针灸取穴以循经进取远端阶穴为主，强刺激，并配合局部喻穴：慢性期及功能恢复期以纠正肩关节功能活动障碍为主，针灸治疗采用病因辩证与经络辦证相结合，取穴以局部阶穴为主，并配合循经及病因辨证取穴。[关键词]肩周炎：针灸：临床实践指南：循证Explanation on Evidence-based Guidelines of Clinical Practice with Acupuncture and Moxibustion:Periarthritis of ShoulderCHEN Yingrul,YANG Jinsheng2,WANG Liang3,WU Yuan2,QU Jianfeng4 (1.Institute of Acupuncture andMoxibustion,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Beijing 100700,China;2.Hong Kong,Macao and TaiwanCenter of State Administration of TCM of China,Beijing 100027;3.Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University;4.the First People's Hospital of Dongcheng DistrictBSIRACT The Evidence-based Guidelines of Clinical Practice with Acupuncture and Ixibustion:Feriarthritis ofoldr(Gudelines for short)was officially published as a standard of China Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustionin 2015.From the purpose,methodology,scope,indication,recommended protocol,etc,this was explained to provideconvenience for clinical use of acupuncturists.This Gidelineswas developed based on Gidelines comprehensive search ofliterature regarding acupurcture for periarthritis of shoulder,the adoption of best eviderce,expert experience,patient valueacross the world,methods of evidence quality and GRADE references of clinical experience of famous acupuncturists in theancient and modern time and expert consensus in the national level,which was hoped to provide solid evidence ofacupuncture clinical treatment for periarthritis of shoulder to ensure the safety and effectiveness.In this Gudelines,thestage-by-stage treatment principle of acupuncture for periarthritis of shoulder was recommended.In the acute stage,thetreatment aim was to relieve the pain,and distal acupoints along the meridians were selected with strong stimulation:thelocal acupoints were combined.In the chronic stage and rehabilitation stage,the treatment aim was to improve thedysfunction of shoulder pint,and acupuncture treatment was based an syndrome differentiation of etiology and meridian:thelocal acupoints were mainly selected,combined with acupoints based on etiology and acupoints along meridians.KEYWORDS shoulder periarthritis;acupuncture;guidelines of clinical practice;evidence based肩关节周围炎（简称肩周炎），是临床常见病、列为针灸适宜病种。针灸疗法可显著改善肩周炎患者多发病，好发于40一70岁中老年人。该疾病属于中肩部疼痛及肩关节功能活动受限【1]，具有优势。但医“肩痹”范畴，分别于1979年及1996年被H0目前由于缺乏规范化的治疗方案，临床医生大多根据个人经验或片面临床报道进行诊疗，影响了针灸整体医疗水平。因此，国家中医药管理局委托中国针灸学会授权中国中医科学院针灸研究所从临床实际出发，制定一个既符合国际编制临床实践指南的通用规则，
