视疲劳（肝劳）多民族医诊疗专家共识

中国中医眼科杂志20四3年5月第33卷第5期·401·专家共识·视疲劳（肝劳）多民族医诊疗专家共识中国民族医药学会眼科分会[摘要]随社会发展及电子产品普及，视疲劳（肝劳）发生率近年来显著上升，不同地区和人群发生率也存在一定程度上差异。我国民族医药因其自身特色在视疲劳诊治上具备一定优势，但目前缺乏统一的诊疗规范或标准。为更好发挥民族医药在视疲劳诊治中的优势作用，增强临床诊治中的科学性、实用性、指导性，中国民族医药学会牵头专家组对多民族医药在视疲劳（肝劳）中临床应用进行梳理总结，充分考虑循证证据并借鉴专家临床经验，编制了《视疲劳（肝劳）多民族医诊疗专家共识》。[关键词]多民族医药；视疲劳；肝劳；专家共识中图分类号：R276.7文献标识码：B文章编号：1002-43792023)05-0401-06Expert consensus on multi-ethnic medical diagnosis and treatment of visual fatigue(iver fatigue)Ophthalmology Branch of China Ethnic Medicine Association,Beijing 100086,China[Abstract]With the development of society and the popularization of electronic products,theincidence of visual fatigue (liver fatigue)has increased significantly in recent years,and there arealso certain differences in the incidence among different regions and populations.Ethnic medicinein China has obvious advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of visual fatigue due to its owncharacteristics.However,there is currently a lack of unified diagnosis and treatment norms orstandards.In order to make full use of the advantage of ethnic medicine in the diagnosis andtreatment of visual fatigue,and enhance the scientificity,practicality and guidance of clinicaldiagnosis and treatment,the expert group led by Ophthalmology Branch of China Ethnic MedicineAssociation summarized on the clinical application of multi-ethnic medicine in visual fatigue (liverfatigue),and fully considered the evidence-based outcome and drew on the clinical experience ofexperts to compile the "Expert consensus on multi-ethnic medical diagnosis and treatment ofvisual fatigue(liver fatigue)".[Keywords]ethnic medicine;visual fatigue;liver fatigue;expert consensus视疲劳是由于各种病因使得人眼视物时超过劳的症状表现为患者视物后出现不耐久视和眼部其视觉功能所能承载的负荷，导致用眼后出现视觉干涩、眼部痒、眼胀眼痛以及全身的不适症状，严重障碍、眼部不适或伴有全身症状等以致不能正常进影响着患者的学习、工作和生活。不同地区不同人行视作业的一组症候群。视疲劳以患者主观症状群的视疲劳患病率存在不同程度的差异。人群为主，眼或者全身因素与精神心理因素相互交织，内年龄组的差异、所处地域环境的差异，会导致视因此，其并非独立的眼病。随着时代进步，电子产疲劳患病率不同。临床上，西医多采用去除病因品的普及、工作学习的用眼时间增加及不合理的用(如准确的屈光矫正、视觉训练等)和对症治疗（如眼方式等因素，越来越多的人患上视疲劳回。视疲使用改善眼调节功能药物、人工泪液等)手段治疗D0L10.134445.cnki.gryykzz..2023.05.001视疲劳。然而，由于视疲劳的发生原因复杂，不少基金项目：广西重点研发计划（桂科AB20238029)视疲劳患者治疗效果不明确导致病情难以缓解或通讯作者：唐犀麟，E-mail:tx@126com者病情反复-。
