主动脉夹层患者出院随访的最佳证据总结

证据综合与应用中华急危重症护理杂志2023年4月第4卷第4期主动脉夹层患者出院随访的最佳证据总结吴前胜周雁荣王兰王萧萧【摘要】目的检索、评价和总结主动脉夹层惠者出院随访的相关证据，为临床提供参考。方法检索BMBsPractice、UpToDate、美国国立指南库、苏格兰院际指南网、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库、国际网络指南网、新西兰指南工作组、医脉通、加拿大安大略注册护士协会网站、乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、G0gl、Cochrane Library町y、Embase、PubMed,CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台等指南网及数据库，以及急性主动脉夹层国际研究协会、亚剂心血管及胸外科学会、美国心脏病学院、美国心脏学会、欧剂心脏病协会等专业协会发布的有关主动脉夹层患者出院随访的相关证据，包括临床决策、指南、证据总结、专家共识、系统评价。检索时限为建库至2022年1月24日。由2名研究者对文献质量进行评价和资料提取。结果共纳入15篇文献，其中4篇临床决策、3篇指南、7篇专家共识、1篇系统评价。从随访原则、随访时问频率、影像学检查指导、药物指导、血压指导、生活方式指导、妊嫌指导、并发症管理8个方而总结14条最佳证据。结论该研究总结了主动脉夹层患者出院随访的最佳证据，医护人员应用证据的同时可根据患者意愿和临床具体情况，结合专业判断，制订有效、可行的护理策略，从而对患者实苑科学随访管理，提高护理质量。【关键词】主动脉夹层；随访：证据总结；循证护理学Best evidence summary on discharge follow-up of patients with aortic dissection/WU Qiansheng,ZHOUYanrong,WANG Lan,WANG Xiaoxiao[Abstract]Objective To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence of discharge follow-up for patientswith aortic dissection.Methods We searched BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,National Guideline Clearinghouse,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,Guidelines InternationalNetwork,New Zealand Guidelines Group,Medlive,Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario,Joanna Briggs Institutelibrary,Google,Cochrane library,Embase,Pub Med,CINAHL,China Biology Medicine disc,CNKI,WANGFANG,andprofessional societies such as International Registry of Acute Aortic Dissection,Asian Society for CardiovascularSurgery,American College of Cardiology,American Heart Association,The European Society of Cardiology,to collectrelevant evidence,including clinical decision,guidelines,evidence summaries,expert consensuses and systematicreviews published from database construction to January 24th of 2022.Two researchers evaluated the quality of theliterature,and extracted the evidence.Results Totally 15 articles were included,including 4 clinical decisions,3guidelines,7 expert consensus and 1 systematic review.Finally,14 pieces of best evidence about principles offollow-up,follow-up time/frequency,imaging examination guidance,drug guidance,blood pressure guidance,lifestyleguidance,pregnancy guidance and complication management were summarized.Conclusion This study summarizedthe best evidence of discharge follow-up for patients with aortic dissection.Medical staff can develop effective andfeasible nursing strategies according to patients'wishes and clinical conditions and professional judgment whileapplying evidence,so as to implement scientific follow-up management for patients and improve the quality of care.[Key word]Aortic Dissection:Follow-Up:Evidence Summary:Evidence-Based Nursing主动脉夹层(aortic dissection,AD)是指由于各和假腔的一种病理状态，是最为复杂且凶险的心血种原因导致的主动脉内膜、中膜破裂，主动脉内膜与管急症之一。随着急诊体系的完善与诊疗技术的革中膜分离，血液流人致使主动脉腔隙被分离为真腔新，主动脉夹层早期治疗效果得到显著提升，主动D0I:10.37611.issn.2096-7446.2023.04.019基金项目：回家自然基金面上项目(71874063)：2021年华中科技大学同济医学院护理学院自主创新基金项目作者单位：430000武汉市华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院护理部通信作者：周雁荣，E-mail:1002406585@g4.c0m吴前胜：男，硕士，主管护师，护士长，E-ml:419059248@q4com2022-08-26收稿334 Chin J Emerg Crit Care Nu
