护理学杂志2023年3月第38卷第5期·101·卒中患者机器人辅助步态训练康复方案的最佳证据总结王开，李燕'，全爱萍2，杨晓培'，费文玲，于晓丽，孟桂林2，朱晓萍摘要：目的提取并汇总国内外卒中患者机器人辅助步态训练康复护理及管理的最佳证据，为制订适合我国的卒中患者机器人辅助步态训练康复方案提供参考，方法按概循证資源“6S”襪型，系统检索回内外各教据库及指南网关于卒中惠者机器人插助步态训练的证据，包括临床决策，指南、证据汇总、系统评价、专家意见/共识、随机对照试验，检索时问为2016年1月1日至2021年12月31日，由2名研究人员位立对文战进行整体评价，选择将合纳入标准的文献，纳入并提取证据，结果共检索文献3314篇，去除重复、结果指标不明确或不刺关、质量不达标及不完整的文战，最终纳入19篇，包括指南4篇、证据总结3篇、系统评价8篇、随机对照试验4篇。总结的最佳证据包括评估、干预计划、干预时机、干领率、干预前准备、参数调整、注意事项、效果评价和健康教育9个方面23条推荐意见，结论该研究总结的卒中患者机露人插助莎态训练康复方案最佳证据具有一定的前沿性与科学性，可以为格床医护人员实花机器人步态康复训练提供构应的循证依据。关键词：卒中：机露人辅助步态训练：康复：循证护理；证据总结中图分类号：R473.5:R493D0I:10.3870/j.issn.1001-4152.2023.05.101The best evidence summary of rehabilitation schemes on robot-assisted gait training for stroke patients Wang Kai,Li Yan.J in Ai-ping.Yang Xiaopei.Fei Wenling.Yu Xiaoli,Meng Guilin,Zhu Xiaoping.Nursing Department,Tenth People's Hospitalof Tongji University,Shanghai 200072,ChinaAbstract:Objective To extract and summarize the best evidence on the rehabilitation nursing and management of robot-assisted gaittraining for stroke patients in domestic and overseas,so as to provide a reference for developing rehabilitation schemes of robot as-sisted gait training suitable for stroke patients in China.Methods According to the principle of evidence-based resource"6S model,the evidence on robot-assisted gait training for stroke patients in various databases and guideline networks in domestic and overseaswas systematically searched,including clinical decision-making,guidelines,best evidence summary,and systematic evaluation.Thesearch time was from January 1,2016 to December 31,2021.The overall evaluation of the literature was conducted by two re-searchers,the literature that met the inclusion criteria was selected,and relevant evidence was extracted.Results A total of 3 314articles were retrieved,and 19 articles (4 guidelines,3 evidence summary reports,8 systematic reviews and 4 randomized con-trolled trials)were finally included after eliminating repetitive,irrelevant,unqualified and incomplete articles.The best evidence in-cluded 23 recommendations from 9 aspects:assessment,intervention plan,intervention timing,intervention frequency,interven-tion measures,pre-intervention preparation,parameter adjustment,effect evaluation and health education.Conclusion The best evi-dence of rehabilitation nursing on robot-assisted gait training for stroke patients summarized in this study has frontier nature andscientific nature,so it can provide corresponding evidence for clinical medical staff to implement robot gait rehabilitation training.Key words:stroke:robot-assisted gait training:rehabilitation:evidence-based nursing:evidence summary研究表明，75%以上的卒中患者出院后存在不同对卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能训练提出的新型康复方程度的后遗症网，其中对患者影响最大的是运动功法[]，其联合传统步态训练能改善卒中患者步态特能障碍，尤其以下肢运动功能障碍最为常见)。数据征，提高躯体平衡功能，增加下肢稳定性，增强患者康显示，重度卒中患者下肢平均力量仅为正常成人的复信心，减少跃倒的恐棋感。但国内外有关卒中患者30%~50%[,严重影响患者运动与平衡功能，患者机器人辅助步态康复训练研究相对零散，缺乏可靠、站立、行走以及日常生活活动均明显受限，运动过程完善的指南、循证依据及康复护理规范流程，不利于中跌倒风险也随之增加。早期康复训练是降低卒中机器人辅助步态训练的临床应用。因此，本研究通过患者致残率的最有效方法。目前，传统康复训练仍为系统的证据检
