肿瘤综合治疗电子杂志2023年第9卷第2期·中国循证指南共识·61D01:10.12151/JMCM.2023.02-05人乳头瘤病毒疫苗接种咨询门诊规范化建设专家共识长三角宫颈癌及女性下生殖道感染防控联盟，长三角免疫规划一体化项目组【摘要】人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)疫苗接种是预防子宫颈癌的有效手段，然而我国HPV疫苗接种率和子宫颈癌筛查覆盖率低，子宫颈癌防控形势严峻。由于HPV疫苗适种人群年龄范围广泛、健康状况复杂，越来越多高危及特殊健康人群希望能够获得详细的疫苗知识和专业的接种建议，HPV疫苗接种咨询门诊应运而生。为响应世界卫生组织提出的《加速消除子宫颈癌全球战略》以及我国《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》，长三角宫颈癌及女性下生殖道感染防控联盟和长三角免疫规划一体化项目组组织专家在借鉴国外丰富的子宫颈癌防控经验基础上，结合我国部分城市“先行先试”的经验，制定了《人乳头瘤病毒疫苗接种咨询门诊规范化建设专家共识》。共识主要介绍了HPV疫苗接种咨询门诊建设的原则、标准以及运行模式，以期为各地规范化建设HPV疫苗接种咨询门诊提供指导和依据。【关键词】人乳头瘤病毒：宫颈癌：疫苗：接种咨询门诊Expert consensus on standardized construction of human papilloma virus vaccination consultation clinicsYangtze River Delta Cervical Cancer and Female Lower Genital Tract Infection Prevention and Control Alliance,Yangtze River DeltaImmunization Integration Working GroupCorresponding author:Sui Long,E-mail:suilong @fudan.edu.com;Sun Xiaodong,E-mail:sunxiaodong @scdc.sh.cn[Abstract]Human papilloma virus (HPV)vaccination is an effective means for cervical cancer prevention.However,the coveragerate of HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening in our country is low,and the situation of cervical cancer prevention and controlis severe.Due to wide age range and complex health status of the HPV indicated population,more high-risk and special populationhope to obtain detailed and professional knowledge of vaccination and HPV vaccination consultation clinics came into being.Inresponse to the "Global strategy to accelerate the elimination of cervical cancer"proposed by the World Health Organization andthe "Healthy China 2030"blueprint issued by State Council,"Expert consensus on standardized construction of human papillomavirus vaccination consultation clinics"is compiled on the basis of experience of cervical cancer prevention and control,as well asour advanced and pilot experience of some cities in our country.The expert consensus mainly introduces the principles,standardsand operation mode of HPV vaccination consultation clinics,and provides help and basis for the standardized construction of HPVvaccination consultation clinics.[Keywords]Human papilloma virus;Cervical cancer,Vaccine;Consultation clinic子宫颈癌是全球女性第4大常见恶性肿瘤，死我国人口基数大，HPV疫苗接种率和子宫颈癌筛亡病例在女性恶性种瘤中排名第4位，2020年全球查覆盖率低，子宫颈癌防控形势严峻。HPV疫苗子宫颈癌新发病例约604000例，死亡病例约342000适种人群年龄范围广泛、健康状况复杂，越来越多例，2020年我国子宫颈癌新发病例达109741例，高危及特殊健康人群希望能够获得详细的疫苗知识死亡病例达59060例回。子宫颈癌给我国带来了严和专业的接种建议。这样的需求推动了HPV疫苗重的社会经济负担，但也是目前唯一病因明确、可接种咨询门诊的建设。HPV疫苗接种咨询门诊将防可治的癌症，绝大多数子宫颈癌由高危型人乳头延续宫颈门诊的专科优势，整合医院其他学科的诊瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)持续感染引疗资源，进一步将受种者健康状况评价、疫苗接起，HPV疫苗接种是预防子宫颈癌的有效手段7。种、宫颈筛查及后续随访相整合，连接宫颈癌防控基金项目：上海市自然科学基金项目(22ZR1408800)通信作者：隋龙E-mail:suilong@fudan.edu.com:孙晓冬E-mail:sunxiaodong@scdc.sh.cn
