《血管与腔内血管外科杂志》2023年1月第9卷第1期Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Vol.9,No.1,Jan 2023·专家共识·下肢静脉性溃疡伤口管理专家共识△中国微循环学会周围血管疾病专业委员会摘要：下肢静脉性溃疡(VLU)的发病机制复杂，病程长，治疗难度大，严重影响了患者的生活质量，加重了患者、家庭及社会的经济负担。近年来，国内外开展了多项针对VLU管理的研究，为了推动VLU的规范化管理，改善患者预后，中国微循环学会周围血管疾病专业委员会组织国内伤口治疗领域的医疗及护理专家对VLU的管理进行深入探讨，结合VLU管理的国内现状，参考国内外相关文献，就VLU的评估、管理及健康教育3个部分达成《下肢静脉性溃疡伤口管理专家共识》。本共识适用于VLU患者，融合了全国43名临床专家的专业意见，结果具有科学性和权威性，有助于指导临床实践，为VLU的规范化管理提供有益借鉴。关键词：下肢静脉性溃疡：伤口：管理：专家共识中图分类号：R543文献标识码：Adoi:10.19418/j.cnki.issn2096-0646.2023.01.01Expert consensus on wound management in venous leg ulcerAChinese Society of Microcirculation and Professional Committee of Vascular DiseaseAbstract:Venous leg ulcer(VLU)have complex pathogenesis,long course of disease and difficult treatment,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and increases the economic burden of patients,families andsociety.In recent years,a number of studies on VLU management have been carried out at home and abroad,in orderto promote the standardized management of VLU and to improve prognosis,Chinese Society of Microcirculationand Professional Committee of Vascular Disease organized domestic medical and nursing experts in the field ofwound treatment to explore the management of VLU and the expert consensus on wound management in venousleg ulcer was made based on the evaluation,management and health education of VLU by integrating the domesticconditions of VLU management and reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures.The consensus which integratedprofessional advices of 43 clinical experts nationwide is appropriate for the VLU patients,the results are scientificand authoritative,which are helpful for guiding the clinical practice and providing guidance for standardizedmanagement of VLU.Key words:venous leg ulcer;wound;management;expert consensus下肢静脉性溃疡(venous leg ulcer,,VLU)是由持续或加重了患者、家庭及社会的经济负担B-。近年来，国内外慢性静脉功能不全(chronic venous insut伍ciency,CVI)、静开展了多项针对VLU管理的研究，力求寻找最佳证据，而脉高压引起的下肢开放性皮肤损伤，占所有下肢慢性伤口VLU的管理很大程度上基于临床专家的实践积累，将这些的50%以上口。在中国，下肢慢性静脉功能不全的患病率实践经验进行总结对推动VLU的伤口管理具有重要意义。为8.89%，其中，VLU占1.5%四。VLU具有发病机制复杂、因此，为了更好地指导临床对VLU进行规范化管理，中国病程长、治疗难度大等特点，严重影响了患者的生活质量，微循环学会周围血管疾病专业委员会根据已有的国内外文[基金项目]中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程项目资助(2020-12M-C&T-B-020)[作者简介]刘文静，主要从事慢性伤口的研究，中国医学科学院北京协和医院[通信作者]王磊(Wang Lei,,corresponding author),E-mail:wutongluo@sina.com
