广西医科大学学报2023Jan:40(1)·166·JOURNAL OF GUANGXI MEDICAL UNIVERSITYg o00ac000专家共识0000D00司广西医疗机构抗肿瘤药物分级管理专家共识广西药学会循证药学专业委员会摘要抗肿瘤药物分级管理是规范抗肿瘤药物临床使用管理，提高合理用药水平的核心环节。国家卫生健康委员会发布的《抗肿瘤药物临床应用管理办法（试行）》要求各地制定本区域内的抗肿瘤药物分级管理目录。此外，《抗肿瘤药物临床合理应用管理指标(2021年版)》也需要各地区有一个统一的分级管理目录。基于此，广西药学会循证药学专业委员会组织多学科专家对抗肿瘤药物的分级管理目录、处方权限等热点内容进行研讨，结合广西实际，最终形成专家共识，为广西区内医疗机构做好抗肿瘤药物的分级管理提供指导。关键词抗肿瘤药物：分级管理：专家共识中图分类号：R194.2文献标志码：A文章编号：1005-930X(2023)01-0166-07D0I:10.16190/j.cnki.45-1211h.2023.01.026Expert consensus on classification management of antineoplastic drugs in guangxi medical in-stitutionsEvidence-based Pharmacy Professional Committee of Guangxi Pharmmaceutical AssociationAbstract Graded management of antineoplastic drugs is the core link to regulate the management of clinicaluse of antineoplastic drugs and improve the level of rational drug use."The Administrative Measures for the Clin-ical Application of Antineoplastic Drugs(Trial)"issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Re-public of China requires each region to formulate a graded management catalog of antineoplastic drugs in the re-gion.In addition,"the Management Indicators for the Rational Clinical Use of Antineoplastic Drugs (2021 Edi-tion)"also requires a unified graded management catalog for each region.Based on this,the Evidence-based Phar-macy Professional Committee of Guangxi Pharmaceutical Association organized multidisciplinary experts to dis-cuss the hot topics such as the graded management catalog of antineoplastic drugs and prescription authority,andfinally formed an expert consensus in combination with the reality of Guangxi,so as to provide guidance for thegraded management of antineoplastic drugs in medical institutions in Guangxi.Keywords antineoplastic drugs;graded management;expert consensus为进一步规范抗肿瘤药物临床应用，提高肿瘤际，由广西药学会循证药学专业委员会组织广西各合理用药水平，保障医疗质量和医疗安全，维护肿领域相关专家制定了《广西医疗机构抗肿瘤药物分瘤患者健康权益，根据国家卫生健康委发布的《抗级管理专家共识》（以下简称“共识”），具体内容如肿瘤药物临床应用管理办法（试行）》四（国卫医函下。〔2020)487号)、《新型抗肿瘤药物临床应用指导原则(2021版)的通知》四（国卫办医函〔2021）612号)以1抗肿瘤药物的定义和分类及《抗肿瘤药物临床合理应用管理指标(2021年版)》等的要求，参考兄弟省份经验，结合广西实本共识所指的抗肿瘤药物，是指通过细胞杀伤、免疫调控、内分泌调节等途径，在细胞、分子水平进行作用，达到抑制肿瘤生长或消除肿瘤的药◆基金项目：国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.82060801):物，包括化学治疗药物、分子靶向治疗药物、免疫治广西医科大学第一附属医院临床研究攀登计划青年科技疗药物、内分泌治疗药物等。不包括抗肿瘤中成启明星计划(No.YYZS2021005):广西医科大学第一附属医院优秀医学英才培养计划药，以及止吐药、镇痛药、升白药等辅助抗肿瘤治疗收稿日期：2022-11-30的药物。(C)1994-2023 China Academic Journal Electronic Publishing House.All rights reserved.http://www.cnki.net
